Ginny Bailey Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Ginny is the Executive Assistant and part of the Sr. Management Team. She serves as Office Manager, special projects and is the go to person for issues and problems that come up on a day-to-day basis. She also fills in for numerous functions when employees are sick, vacation, etc. Her primary role is to insure the office is running smooth, follows all processes, procedures and utilizes the continuous improvement process.

 

Expertise

Ginny's service started in December of 1997 as the Controller/Office Manager of CommAir. In January 2006 she was part of the team responsible to merge CommAir and EMCOR BALCO to one company known as EMCOR Services Northeast.

The Personal Side

Ginny likes spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She loves to travel and experience new adventures. She devotes lots of energy to volunteer on Town Boards and motorcycle fundraisers to raise money for cancer & other charities.
