EMCOR Further Expands Client Services in New England

Two EMCOR Facilities Services Companies, CommAir and BALCO/J.C. Higgins, Join Together to Provide Enhanced HVAC Capabilities for New England Clients

 

SOUTH BOSTON, MA – May 23, 2006 – EMCOR Facilities Services CommAir and EMCOR Services BALCO/J.C. Higgins have combined operations groups to better serve clients and potential clients in the New England area.

 

The combined companies, which represent over 90 years of experience in servicing and managing facilities for clients, will be known as EMCOR Services Northeast - CommAir/BALCO. Both companies are subsidiaries of EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 ® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses globally.

Frank Norton, previously President and CEO of EMCOR Services CommAir, has been appointed President and CEO of EMCOR Services Northeast - CommAir/BALCO.

Jeff Souza, previously President and CEO of EMCOR Services BALCO/J.C. Higgins, has been appointed National Director of Operations for EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) - Mobile Services Group.

 

EMCOR Services Northeast – CommAir/BALCO will continue to work closely and in partnership with sister company J.C. Higgins Corp., also an EMCOR Company. EMCOR Services CommAir/BALCO will operate from its Stoughton location; and technicians will continue to service their respective accounts in the New England area.
